We offer a wide range of home health care services including, but not limited to personal care or hygiene, mobility assistance, recuperative care, wound care, catheter care, visiting nurses, insulin injections, medication administration, wheelchair assistance, respiratory treatment, and G-tube care. Having worked in ESE departments in multiple public schools and in school administration, we are very familiar with writing individualized educational plans (IEPs), which is very valuable to our school-aged clients. Parents often invite us to meetings as advocates for their child.

The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) is a Medicaid program that provides services to medically fragile children ages 5-21, who are in need of skilled and unskilled services. There is NO OUT OF POCKET COST to the family.
Services are approved based on the child’s medical needs, and families who are eligible for Medicaid can apply for GAPP at any time.
